I don’t know about you, but it feels like EVERYBODY just wants to sell you something these days. Best dresses, best face creams, best hair products, even grocery stores are getting in on the action.
So, I wanted to start putting my investigative journalist skills to work, and embark on a super hard-hitting series where I’m going to tell what these products are ACTUALLY like in real life. Finally, we’re getting to the truth!
First up: let’s tackle the wide world of Amazon by taking a look at one of their women’s fashion shops called ECOWISH.
I love Amazon. Who doesn’t want the ability to purchase floral scissors, post-it notes and skirt hangers that are delivered to your door 48 hours later without ever leaving the house?
However, I think one of the biggest hurdles Amazon will have to overcome is the quality of products on their site and the issue of fake reviews. (Didn’t realize fake reviews are a real thing? See here and here.). It’s really hard to tell what’s worth your money.
Lately, A TON of bloggers have been posting about their Amazon fashion finds, and many of the items have been from ECOWISH.
So who and what is ECOWISH? The easy answer, no idea.
Like many Amazon fashion shops, ECOWISH is shrouded in mystery. Cute clothes…check. 96% positive rating… check. A light google search seems to indicate it might be a Chinese company? But no more information can be found.
I bought six items from the boutique including three sweaters, one thermal-esque top and two dresses for a grand total of $134, the most expensive item being a sherpa sweater/ jacket for $29.59. Check out my thoughts here:

What I bought:
*Also can we just talk about how this is the LONGEST name ever seen for a product…
I also noticed after filming this video that this is a BELTED dress. It definitely came with no belt.
