Jake and I got married in Bozeman, MT last month, and then went on an epic honeymoon to the Maldives and all over Italy.
I can’t wait to share a lot of wedding stuff over the coming months; we planned the wedding ourselves with the help of our families and a month-of-planner, but 95% of the planning was done by the two of us. Planning a wedding is much more overwhelming than I expected (primarily because there’s so many choices!). So I want to share all the tips and tricks that helped me along the way. Today’s post is about my favorite rehearsal dinner dresses.
I’ve gotten a lot of questions about my Friday night dress. We decided to do a welcome party in lieu of a traditional rehearsal dinner. Our jobs have taken us all over the country, so just about everyone was flying in for the big event. It was such a wonderful way to have meaningful conversations with friends and family we haven’t seen in years!
It took me FOREVER to find the right dress (again, TOO. MANY. OPTIONS!). Since my wedding dress was pretty classic and simple, I wanted a more intricate look for our Friday night party.
