Forever 21! Boots and booties are staples in any fall and winter wardrobe, but as with many things, I don’t love to spend a lot of money on them becausefor you can find some really great pairs for cheap ala Nordstrom Rack, Target and my favorite place place to find the best fall boots: Forever 21. 
Yes, Forever 21. We may be far from 21, but that certainly doesn’t mean you can’t find some gems there. For me, those gems are often shoes. Some of my favorite boots and super trendy pumps are all from Forever 21.
My general philosophy with shopping is spend your money on the staples of your wardrobe that are timeless. A good pair of black pumps or tall boots. However, when it comes to more on-trend pieces, say snakeskin or white booties, you can easily find what you’re looking for at Forever 21.
I’ve also found that the boots that I’ve bought from there over the years hold up really well and are very comfortable.
