Cinco de Mayo…the Kentucky Derby…boy, this weekend is a party person’s dream! Today’s weekend reads has plenty of party planning tips, if you’re hosting or in need of a treat to bring to friends.
Oddly enough, I’ll be spending Cinco de Mayo at a wine festival! However, I wanted to share a few of my favorite Portland spots for tacos and tequila.
Best Tacos: Los Gorditos…I LOVE the shrimp tacos.
Best Quesadilla: Stella Tacos…So.Much.Cheese…get it with the green chile/onion mix.
Best Margaritas: Xico…and their Sunday night happy hours not to be missed!
Best other Mexi dish: the Totopos at Xico… it might be the best dish in Portland regardless of cuisine.
