Ok, so it finally feels like fall in Portland! We have had a dramatic dip into the 50’s after being super spoiled with gorgeous weather all October long. I’ve been pulling out the cozy knits all this week, so I wanted to share 40 of the best sweaters under $130.
I will rarely spend over $100 for a sweater. The primary factor being that I just prefer variety over a handful of super luxe pieces. I get bored really easily with clothes. Occasionally, I’ll spring for a classic piece like a cashmere crewneck or cardigan that I will be able to style with just about everything. But usually, I shoot for sweaters under $60.
Asos is honestly one of my favorite places to look for reasonably priced sweaters. They have an insane amount of variety and you can find great pieces for that price. One warning: inventory changes really quickly, which of course is good for constant and varying choices, but you really have to buy something if you love it right away because it will go out of stock. Nothing like the regret of something you wanted but didn’t buy!
I’ve been really into color blocked knits right now. I wore this H&M sweater on an apple picking adventure, and it’s under $35!
And this red checked sweater from Asos is perfect for work or a holiday party. I recently wore it to a friend’s birthday dinner.
