Free At-Home Workouts to Beat Coronavirus Boredom

If you are healthy and able, the Coronavirus quarantine is the perfect time to get in shape.  That’s why today I’m sharing some of my (and YOUR) favorite (mostly free) at-home workouts.

I need a lot of variety in my life when it comes to working out.  Right now, I normally go to Orange Theory twice a week, run twice a week and do yoga once or twice a week.

I also really love Kayla Itsines BBG workouts.  These are probably my favorite at-home workouts at the moment.  I swear my abs tone up in three weeks of doing her workouts.  More info below, but I’ve been trying to squeeze in a legs and cardio and an abs and arms workout each week, especially now that gyms are closed.

If you’ve been following along for a while, you’ve seen me get more into running again.  I did a half marathon in December and am hoping to do another sometime this year, and I have been loving running outside during this time.  This is the program I’ve been following to try and stay in shape.  And this is the half marathon training program I used for my last race.

Top 5 Favorite At-Home Workouts

-Run outside

-CorePower Yoga

-Orange Theory – have to be a member

-Nike Training Club app

-Any of Kayla Itsines BBG workouts.  Here are photos of two from week one:
