Weekend Reads | 8-28 – Haute Homebody

Hi friends! Another edition of weekend reads coming your way today. Discussing Labor Day recipes, end of summer swimsuits, and what it’s like to go watch a movie in a theater right now.

I just got back from a family vacation up in Montana. It felt so good to really detach from social media, work, etc and focus on time with my family.

We spent the week in Big Fork, Montana, right on Flathead Lake. If you’ve never been to Flathead Lake, you must go. It’s the largest freshwater lake in the Western U.S., and the water is CRYSTAL CLEAR, even at depths of 20 feet. It’s incredible. Flying in, parts of the lake look like the Caribbean.

Jake and I lived in Montana for several years, so we discovered it about a decade ago, but I absolutely love spending time in that part of the country.

One of my favorite finds of the last week is this $29 Amazon bathing suit. I’m wearing it in the picture above. It runs slightly large, but the medium fits me just fine. I also LOVE it in the red floral.
